Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Early Years/Childcare Assessor with a Level 3 qualification (TAQA/CAVA) and a solid understanding of apprenticeship frameworks. This role is pivotal in guiding learners towards success in their educational journey.

Location:
Remote work with occasional assessments in designated areas.

Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver innovative and effective teaching and learning experiences.
- Manage a diverse caseload of learners in Early Years/Childcare.
- Provide constructive feedback to encourage professional growth.

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 3 Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1).
- Teaching qualification (AET, PTTLS, CET, Cert Ed, PGCE).
- Level 3 or 5 qualifications in Early Years/Childcare.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality education.
