Zest Recruitment and Legal Consultancy Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Part-Time Private Attorney to join our Family Law team in a Stroud office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload independently, completing work efficiently and with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload independently, completing work efficiently and with minimal supervision.
  • Contribute to drafting legal updates and actively seek business development opportunities through networking events and conferences.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to junior colleagues, offering support and guidance when needed.
  • Deliver high-quality legal services, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring that the firm remains accessible to its clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year PQE in Family Law.
  • Proven knowledge and experience with legal aid systems and advocacy.
  • Experience in supervision or a willingness to take on a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in data management systems and the full Microsoft Office suite.
