Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care to patients, visitors, and their families during their time in the department.
- Serve as a chaperone in accordance with established policies.
- Assist in the movement of patients within examination areas.
- Utilize the Radiology Information System (RIS) to document patient episodes accurately.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including Radiographers, Nurses, Radiologists, and Consultants.
- Support audit initiatives as necessary.
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and departmental policies, including compliance with ionising radiation laws.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the Radiology department.
- Ensure patient confidentiality is upheld at all times.
- Work effectively as part of a cohesive team.
- Possess knowledge of Radiology systems (RIS, PACS, IEP, Patient Database).
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably with administrative duties.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with various stakeholders.
- Flexibility to meet the required working hours.
