About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at The Entertainer in Cleethorpes Tesco Extra. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing toy department, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and handling deliveries to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
  • Replenishing stock, maintaining pricing, and implementing promotions to drive sales
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and making recommendations to customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the toy department
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 7pm
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move stock as required
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use company systems
