Job Description

Twenty 4 Seven Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team in a secondary school setting. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of classes and providing support to students and teachers alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Pupils: Ensure students are engaged in classwork and provide guidance as needed.

  • Classroom Environment: Create a safe, positive, and supportive classroom environment, promoting good behavior and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to teachers on student progress, highlighting areas of strength and weakness.
  • Policy Adherence: Uphold policies and procedures related to child protection, health, and confidentiality, reporting any concerns to the appropriate authorities.
