Your Role & Responsibilities as a Behavioral Support Facilitator:

  • Utilize de-escalation techniques to assist students in managing their emotions.
  • Provide individualized or small group assistance to students with behavioral challenges.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive environment within the educational setting.
