**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Manager to lead our team of Lift Engineers in the South Midlands and home counties region. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and exceeding business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of skilled Lift Engineers to achieve Business Plan targets for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), LOLER defects, and call-outs within our designated area
* Efficiently plan engineer workloads and manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team
* Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures, conduct risk assessments, and method statements
* Carry out regular site monitoring and maintain relationships with customers, addressing any queries and complaints
* Maintain credit control logs and CRM

**Requirements**

* Previous experience working within the lift industry or similar service industry with transferable skills is essential
* Relevant technical or management qualifications would be desirable
