Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver

Our client, a well-established logistics company based in Leicester, Leicestershire, is seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 driver to join their team on a regular ongoing basis.

Job Description:

As a Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for making bulk collections and deliveries from our nationwide network of depots. You will work on a variety of routes, including afternoons and nights, and will be required to operate a range of vehicles, including HGV Class 1 trucks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and deliver goods from our depots to customers across the UK
  • Operate a range of HGV Class 1 trucks, including articulated and rigid vehicles
  • Work on a variety of routes, including afternoons and nights
  • Meet customer service standards and ensure timely delivery of goods
Requirements:
  • Valid HGV Class 1 license
  • Experience of working as a Class 1 driver
  • Good knowledge of the UK road network
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
