Job Function
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our busy Service department. Your responsibilities will include developing staff and supporting customers. This department presents significant growth opportunities, and the ideal candidate will be a naturally proactive individual.
- Engage with customers, prioritizing their needs and managing their expectations.
- Aim to meet KPIs and targets.
- Oversee all aspects of standard personnel management, including performance management, absence management, and conduct management.
- Analyze relevant management information for your department and proactively suggest improvements.
- Plan and assign work for technicians based on their expertise and skills.
- Ensure compliance with service processes, policies, and guidelines.
- Supervise and mentor the workshop team.
- Participate in recruiting, developing, and retaining key talent.
- Ensure all documentation is completed efficiently.
