Position: Level 3 Childcare Practitioner

Role Overview:
As a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner at our Multi-Activity Day Camp, you will engage with children in a variety of fun and educational activities. Your role will involve overseeing a group of children, facilitating games, and ensuring their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and interact with children during various activities.
  • Initiate and lead games, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Support children in activities such as sports, arts, and crafts.
  • Address the welfare needs of all participants.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
  • Available to work during school holidays.
  • UK/EU citizen with valid right to work documentation.
  • Exhibit high energy levels and enthusiasm.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Possess initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Have an understanding of child safeguarding (training will be provided).

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a camp setting.
  • Paediatric first aid certification.
