Título universitario en Terapia Ocupacional Diploma en Terapia Ocupacional Terapeuta Ocupacional registrado con RCOT/HCPC

Criterios deseables

Calificación de posgrado Membresía de un Grupo de Interés Especial Conocimiento de fuentes alternativas de información y suministro de equipos y adaptaciones

Experiencia específica del trabajo

Criterios esenciales

Experiencia previa en rehabilitación con adultos o personas mayores en entornos de salud mental Experiencia en el desarrollo e implementación de programas de Terapia Ocupacional para condiciones complejas Experiencia en la supervisión de personal junior Experiencia previa trabajando en entornos comunitarios Experiencia demostrable de posgrado en terapia ocupacional en discapacidades físicas, neurológicas y de aprendizaje

Experiencia gerencial / de supervisión

Asistir y participar plenamente en la supervisión con el supervisor profesional designado Capacidad para gestionar una carga de trabajo exigente dentro de plazos y cronogramas acordados
