About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at iMultiply Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Managing Director and driving financial performance.

The successful candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and provide robust financial information. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing group management accounts, and providing ad hoc financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare group management accounts and all P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, including analysing variances to budget
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  • Prepare annual statutory accounts
  • Provide ad hoc financial reporting and analysis
  • Provide detailed support on audit queries, taking responsibility for routine items
  • Process group VAT and other statutory returns
  • Supervise Assistant Accountants and wider finance team
  • Authorise bank transfers and weekly payment runs
  • Process and reconcile all additional recharges and transactions
Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant (ICAS, ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA)
  • Proactive self-starter with proven ability to problem solve complex issues
  • Sound knowledge and expertise with core IT packages, including advanced use of Excel
  • Excellent communicator and strong team player
  • Presence of character to command respect and build productive and collaborative working relationships at all levels
