Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of heavy mobile plant equipment, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and develop corrective action plans.
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments as needed, utilizing a range of tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work completed, equipment condition, and any issues encountered.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in the heavy mobile plant industry.
  • Formal training or certification in a related field, such as heavy equipment repair or maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy mobile plant equipment, including engines, hydraulics, powertrains, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, supervisors, and customers.
