Nursery Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Nurse to join our team at Staff Match. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment that meets the needs of our children.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and policies.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of the nursery, including cleaning and maintaining a high standard of hygiene.
  • Administer medicines as required and report any incidents in accordance with our health and safety procedures.
  • Assist in displaying children's work and promoting their achievements.
Requirements:
  • NVQ level 3 Childcare qualification.
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and a positive attitude.
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and Paediatric First Aid qualifications are desirable.
