Role Overview

As the Senior Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-level analytical insights, guidance, and support through the examination of data from both current and historical systems utilizing specialized reporting tools. Your role will involve producing reports that cater to the decision-making needs of senior stakeholders, ultimately contributing to the achievement of essential business objectives.

  • Deliver comprehensive and detailed analytical insights through the evaluation of data from existing and past systems using specialized reporting tools.
  • Ensure the accuracy of performance reports to instill confidence in the data available to Formal Leaders.
  • Offer recommendations that foster cultural, behavioral, and procedural transformations within the organization.
  • Identify and address underlying issues related to data integrity, methodologies, or systems, and propose corrective measures.
  • Innovate and implement new reporting and data analysis methods to enhance the presentation of business performance.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting, Project Management, or other relevant fields, along with substantial practical experience in the discipline.
  • Extensive experience in conducting complex analytical tasks and problem-solving activities, with the ability to identify potential challenges and opportunities for business improvement, and effectively present research findings to management.
  • Broad expertise in a similar role within a commercial organization.
  • A strong commitment to ensuring data quality and a proven track record of implementing changes.
  • High proficiency in Qlik Sense, Microsoft Excel, Access, and Cognos Solutions (or similar Business Warehouse tools).
  • Demonstrated business acumen at a commendable level.
