The Role
We are seeking a Civils Operative - Ganger to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out excavations and civils works in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage programmed works to the highest safety standards
- Responsible for site safety and work quality, ensuring compliance with NRSWA and Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards
- Develop good relationships with clients, other service providers, architects, consultants, and end customers
- Deliver programmed works at the expected level of quality, performance, safety, and cost
Requirements
- NRSWA Operative desirable but not essential
- Working experience in a civils discipline
- Experience within the Electricity Distribution Industry, including Distribution Network Authorisation
- Good communication skills and the ability to give and receive instructions
- Interpersonal skills of communication, influencing, negotiation, persuasion, and diplomacy
