Compensation Package: £23,000 - £25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£35K OTE Year 1)

About the Role:

Virtus Talent is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in the healthcare sector. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing professional relationships with businesses, autonomy over your own projects, and placing top-calibre candidates in high-paying roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and place top talent in high-paying roles
  • Negotiate new business contracts
  • Guide candidates through the interview process
  • Create and post job advertisements
  • Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and social media

Requirements:

  • Recent degree or sales experience
  • Confident and outgoing
