Project Summary:


The ongoing works encompass the construction of a new bridge over a dual carriageway and the realignment of slip roads, forming the foundation of a new signalized gyratory system.


This substantial local district initiative will involve the development of new roadways, associated earthworks, as well as drainage, lighting, and signage.


As the primary technical advisor on site, the Lead Engineer will report to the Sub Agent and will be responsible for providing guidance and mentorship while facilitating the efficient execution of all secured contracts. This role includes managing key client expectations and overseeing all facets of highway civil engineering.


Key responsibilities will involve precise setting out and measurement, ensuring adherence to all quality protocols, safe working practices, and executing all tasks to the highest health, safety, and environmental standards.


Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Recognized qualification in Civil Engineering/ Construction
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role with highways experience preferred
- Proficient in setting out techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with health and safety & HR procedures
- Previous experience with NEC & ICE contracting standards
- NRSWA / SMSTS or equivalent accreditation
- Full clean driving license
- CSCS Card
