About the Role

This is a broad-ranging role that includes:

  • Providing expert advice to financial institutions, corporates, and service providers
  • Developing and maintaining know-how and technical updates
  • Creating training materials and delivering training sessions
  • Conducting market research and analysis
  • Supporting business development and marketing initiatives

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with another PSL to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Providing expert advice on financial services and regulations
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends
  • Contributing to the development of business strategies and plans

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in financial services, preferably in one of the following areas: payments, consumer finance, or financial regulation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
