We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in London. As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients with neurological conditions, providing expert care and support to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and treat patients with neurological conditions, developing personalized rehabilitation plans to improve their functional abilities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing targeted interventions to address these.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and adapting to individual patient needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Recent experience in neuro rehabilitation, with a strong understanding of neurological conditions and their impact on patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
