Administrative Support Position Available
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Professional at the Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) Department in our hospital. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in administrative duties and record-keeping
- Effective communication with patients, staff, and external partners
- Reception duties and public inquiries handling
Requirements:
Education and Qualifications:
Essential:
- GCSEs A-C or equivalent
- NVQ 2 in Business Administration or relevant experience
Desirable:
- Familiarity with hospital information systems
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer software and applications
- Prior experience in administrative work
