Job Summary

The Business Analyst/Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing various projects within the organization. This role involves analyzing business needs, defining project requirements, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Business Analysis
  • Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop process models, workflow diagrams, and business cases to support project proposals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize project objectives and deliverables.
Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status updates and changes to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve conflicts as needed.
Documentation and Reporting
  • Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, plans, and change logs.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, preferably in industry/sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, CBAP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
