The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering chemotherapy and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer a range of haematological and solid tumour treatments, as defined in the patient's care plan
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting understanding and empowerment
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
