Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer a range of haematological and solid tumour treatments, as defined in the patient's care plan
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting understanding and empowerment
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
