Job Title: Bar Staff

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our team at Compass Group UK&I. As a Bar Staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our clients and customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Be flexible and adaptable, willing to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude and composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, if required
