Role Location:
Based in the Kent area, this position offers a chance to work with a respected contractor who values their employees and is committed to fostering professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be tasked with various duties, including:
- Supporting a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Preparing subcontract drafts
- Gathering data for monthly reports (CVR)
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
- Managing pricing variations
- Overseeing project changes and variations
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree or HND in Quantity Surveying (not mandatory)
- Strong IT and mathematical skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient report writing abilities
- Experience in utilities or highways is a plus
- Familiarity with NEC contracts (not essential)
