Key Responsibilities:
You will be tasked with various duties, including:

  • Supporting a Senior Quantity Surveyor
  • Preparing subcontract drafts
  • Gathering data for monthly reports (CVR)
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Managing pricing variations
  • Overseeing project changes and variations

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree or HND in Quantity Surveying (not mandatory)
  • Strong IT and mathematical skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient report writing abilities
  • Experience in utilities or highways is a plus
  • Familiarity with NEC contracts (not essential)
