About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our progressive and forward-thinking inpatient team across the older people's services inpatient wards.

The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team comprising medical staff, nursing staff, occupational therapists, and therapy teams, working together to provide high-quality, evidence-based care.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for planning and delivering care to individuals accessing our service, prioritizing your workload, and managing competing priorities.

You will assess the needs of individuals and their carers, develop and maintain control over decision-making, and foster personal responsibility for health.

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of relevant policy, legislation, and drivers, as well as standard IT skills.
