Pricing Analyst - Packages

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to join our Commercial Packages Pricing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering pricing proposals for all Packages products, supporting day-to-day trading performance targets and the pricing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing solutions that contribute to product and portfolio success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and manage risks associated with pricing decisions.
  • Enhance monitoring tools to understand product performance and mix changes.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing controls and risk management frameworks.
  • Communicate effectively with peers and team managers to address price, model, or data issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance pricing, with expertise in data analysis and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in pricing software, including Emblem, Alteryx, and Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
