Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to play a pivotal role in developing premier products within the health technology industry.

  • Designing backend systems to facilitate interactions between databases and user interfaces
  • Producing reusable and testable code
  • Conducting code reviews for team members
  • Diagnosing issues within the existing product
  • Assisting the team in meeting product delivery goals
  • Collaborating with the wider organization to implement standardized practices
  • Investigating innovative technologies such as Python, SQL, AWS, and Airflow

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

The following qualifications and expertise are essential for success in this position, though we encourage applications even if you do not meet all of these criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong proficiency in Java/Python programming is essential
  • Experience in API development and AWS is beneficial, along with familiarity with Big Data tools such as Trino, Hadoop, or Pyspark
  • A demonstrated enthusiasm for technology and ongoing skill development
