Overview:
Are you an experienced back end developer with a passion for .Net technologies? This role offers a unique opportunity to work with advanced Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions within a leading global FinTech organization.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Back End Developer, you will be an integral part of the Platform Engineering team, dedicated to enhancing the deployment processes of software to the Cloud. Your contributions will help drive innovation and efficiency across the global engineering teams.

Team Dynamics:
You will collaborate closely with a small, dynamic team that is focused on leveraging the latest Azure and PaaS technologies, while also working in partnership with colleagues in Toronto.

Work Environment:
This position supports a hybrid work model, allowing you to work from home while also engaging with your team in the Reigate office on a bi-weekly basis for meetings and collaborative sessions.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
1. Proficient skills in C# .Net Core for back end development, with a track record of creating scalable and reliable systems.
2. In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services.
3. Strong understanding of PaaS, SaaS, and cloud deployment methodologies.
4. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Pulumi or Terraform.
5. Experience with containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker, along with a solid grasp of modern microservices architecture.
6. Ability to develop Proof of Concepts (PoC) using cutting-edge technologies and effectively communicate findings.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
