Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Liz Earle Customer Advisor. As a key member of our in-store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and promoting our range of skincare and beauty products.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized consultations and skin services to customers
- Meet sales targets and promote our in-store offers and promotions
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme
- Ensure the counter is beautifully presented to showcase our products
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about skincare and beauty, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work well in a team. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is desirable, but not essential.
