About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Co-ordinator to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care services, working closely with our clients and care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective schedules for our care professionals, taking into account client needs, travel time, and other factors.
- Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure sufficient staffing levels and match care professionals with new clients.
- Collaborate with our care team to ensure timely scheduling of care packages and maintain accurate records in our electronic scheduling system.
- Build strong relationships with clients and care professionals, ensuring positive experiences and high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with Home Instead's Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week, typically worked between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, with one on-call night and one weekend per month. Some flexibility may be required to accommodate changing client needs.
