Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Fish'n'Chick'n, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Central Essex store. You will lead and manage a high-performing team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store operates efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard, ensuring that every dish meets our quality and safety standards.
  • Lead and develop your team, providing coaching and mentoring to help them reach their full potential.
  • Manage stock, expenditure, rotas, training, health and safety, banking, security, and hygiene, ensuring that our store operates within budget and to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to maximize store turnover and profitability, while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
