About Us

Stephen James Group is a leading automotive retail and aftermarket services provider, with a strong presence in the UK market. As a Bodyshop Estimator, you will be part of our team that delivers exceptional customer service and ensures the highest quality of workmanship.

Your Role

As a Bodyshop Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, negotiating repair approvals with insurance companies and customers, and selling Smart and Bodyshop time, products, and services. You will also be required to liaise with insurance engineers and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing vehicle damage and estimating repair costs
  • Liaising and negotiating with insurance companies and customers
  • Selling Smart and Bodyshop time, products, and services
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid clean UK driving license and be eligible to work in the UK. You will also need to have proven experience working in a similar role in a busy Bodyshop centre, preferably with Audatex accreditation.

What We Offer

As a Bodyshop Estimator at Stephen James Group, you will receive a competitive salary with an OTE of £42,000 per annum, plus a company car. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including personal development and training opportunities.
