Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process all daily deliveries and associated documentation
  • Ensure precision in data entry within our computer systems
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff during the receiving process
  • Address issues and queries with colleagues and clients via phone and email
  • Manage the returns process using customer systems as necessary
  • Conduct necessary checks for incoming deliveries
  • Assist in stock investigations related to customer or supplier inquiries
