IT Infrastructure Supervisor

Role Overview: As an IT Infrastructure Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing computer, server, and infrastructure systems across various EMEA locations. Your role is vital in ensuring seamless IT operations, driving strategic initiatives, and contributing significant value to our global business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise IT Analysts and Support Engineers to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage user expectations effectively.
• Assist in IT procurement processes and oversee network and application operations.
• Manage telecommunications and data security protocols, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of software and hardware releases.
• Handle escalated support requests, conduct testing of fixes, and coordinate with external contractors.
• Lead the development of reports across EMEA, providing insights and recommendations.

Required Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of advanced computer hardware and networking equipment.
• Proficient in desktop and server operating systems, including Windows Server, Windows client OS, iOS, and Android.
• Extensive experience in application support, particularly with Microsoft Office 365.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and processes is essential.
