The role of Director of Finance and Business Support is a critical one, requiring a highly skilled and experienced financial leader to drive the organization's financial strategy and support the delivery of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives
  • Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Manage the financial operations of the organization, including financial analysis, forecasting, and risk management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board, Executive Team, and external partners
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the Executive Team on financial matters

Requirements:

  • Professional accountancy qualification (e.g. ACCA, CA, CIMA)
  • Experience of year-end account preparation and filing
  • Experience or exposure to managing other business functions, including HR, ICT, Governance, and Administration
  • Experience of reporting to Executive/Boards in a regulated environment
