Electronics Production Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Production Engineer to join our team at Innovative Technology. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of our electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Work closely with R&D and production teams to ensure smooth product transitions from concept to production
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality
  • Create concepts and specifications for production equipment
  • Liaise with manufacturers of assembly equipment
  • Create assembly control plans, work instructions, and technical documentation
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement new technologies
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Manufacture of electro-mechanical assemblies in a high-volume and reactive environment
  • Knowledge of problem-solving techniques such as 5Why, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis
  • Experience with PLM and CAD software, preferably Siemens NX/Team Centre
  • Demonstrate knowledge of continuous improvement approaches
  • Experience with sensor electronics, physics, and assembly automation
