As Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for managing a team of Team Leaders and warehouse operatives, overseeing daily activities, and driving performance to meet key targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement effective strategies to optimize warehouse operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with other business functions.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
About You:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in warehouse management. You will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Essential Requirements:
- Significant experience as a Shift Manager or First Line Manager within a warehousing or logistics environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse setting.
