  • Proven track record in catering services with responsibility for a turnover exceeding £2 million.
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, particularly in complex and devolved contracts.
  • History of driving sales growth in competitive retail and hospitality environments.
  • Experience collaborating with major venues and managing significant hospitality programs.
  • Strong commercial awareness and acumen.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in IT tools including Microsoft Office, email, Word, Excel, digital compliance reporting, and ePOS back office systems.
