The Role:- Develop and execute the annual buying budget and buying plan for the Kidswear category.
- Oversee the buying P&L for the Kidswear category across all geographies.
- Align the buying plan with the overall business strategy.
- Lead improvements in category buying through timely buying volume management and margin optimization.
- Manage and develop vendor and supplier relationships.
- Lead and manage the buying team in Kidswear.
