About the Job

We are seeking a highly creative and innovative Development Designer to join our team at Recra Consulting.

Job Description:

As a Development Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing unique and visually appealing concepts for a wide range of projects. This role requires exceptional artistic skills, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to think outside the box.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop creative and innovative solutions across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, and target audience.
  • Conceptualise, design, and develop creative and innovative solutions.
  • Create compelling visual designs.
  • Develop and present design concepts to clients, articulating the creative vision and rationale behind each idea.
  • Collaborate with other creatives to ensure cohesive and impactful visual communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new design techniques, and software applications to enhance creative development processes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and deadlines.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a creative design role.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and creative concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing your creative design work and demonstrating a diverse range of projects and styles.
