Retail Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at eXPD8. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of merchandising strategies within our client's retail environments.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure fixtures are set up effectively and products are displayed attractively to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Implement merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance to maintain compliance.
- Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to optimize product placement and replenishment.
- Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
- Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
- Commitment to delivering high standards and service for our clients.
- Comfortable with manual handling and able to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
- Willingness to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits.
- Confidence using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks.
- A full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus.
