About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our Estate Agency team at Connells Group. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and helping individuals find the right mortgage solution for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads.
  • Deliver industry-leading levels of client care and service, ensuring each client finds the best solution for their individual circumstances.
  • Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, as well as award-winning non-regulated insurance products.
  • Collaborate with the residential team to provide feedback on progress and leads.
Requirements
  • Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
  • Banking or financial background preferred but not essential.
  • Minimum of 1 year's sales experience, working towards targets and objectives.
  • Positive and resilient attitude.
  • Naturally driven to reach and exceed goals.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Numerate and detail-conscious.
