The ideal candidate will have experience working in purchase ledger and be able to process purchase invoices, match purchase orders, and perform bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process purchase invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment
  2. Match purchase orders to ensure accurate and efficient processing
  3. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records
  4. Deal with queries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  1. Experience working in purchase ledger - Essential
  2. Excellent organisation and communication skills - Essential
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Essential
  4. Desirable: Studying towards AAT
