Job Title: Production Team Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Supervisor to join our team at Metalis Engineering Recruitment Limited. As a Production Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of production staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of production staff to achieve production targets and goals.
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a production leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
Working Hours:
- Weekend Nights Shift (34 hours per week)
- Friday 8pm-6am, Saturday 6pm-6am, Sunday 6pm-6am
Salary and Benefits:
- £23,983pa + £2,000 (T/L allowance)
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata)

- Employees are entitled to an attendance bonus of £1000pa
