Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Contribute to achieving daily sales targets, working collaboratively with colleagues to drive sales and meet business objectives.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive accurate information and advice.
- Ensure that the store is well-stocked and well-presented at all times, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- Work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of the business and customers.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Retail experience, particularly in outdoor, nursery, gaming, and backdoor/warehouse areas, is highly desirable.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 for over 21s and £9.40 for under 21s, as well as opportunities for career development and progression within the company.
