About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as a People Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established third sector organisation that is dedicated to developing a first-class HR offering for its workforce.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of People and work closely with another People Partner, supported by a team of HR professionals. The role will involve working collaboratively to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organisation's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organisation's business objectives
  • Work closely with the Head of People and other HR professionals to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the organisation
  • Support the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a third sector organisation
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
