About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging training programs that empower our customers and staff to master our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Deliver Training: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Training Technology: Utilize online training platforms to ensure effective and efficient training delivery.
  • Create Engaging Materials: Develop high-quality training materials, including manuals, video tutorials, and e-learning modules.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Lead training sessions in various formats, including in-person workshops, webinars, and online courses.
  • Keep Content Fresh: Continuously update training materials to reflect new features and best practices.
  • Support and Troubleshoot: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for our training platform users and training materials.
  • Evaluate and Improve: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements to ensure they remain top-notch.
  • Collaborate: Work with other departments to ensure training materials are always up-to-date and aligned with product updates and company goals.
