Commercial Mechanical Estimator Opportunity

Our esteemed HVAC Engineering client, a leading player in the South East London market, is seeking a skilled Commercial Mechanical Estimator to join their dynamic team. As a lesser experienced Mechanical Estimator or Estimating Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow with the company.

The Role:

Working closely with the Project Director, you will receive comprehensive training on the Enzyme system, a cutting-edge tool for estimating and managing projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Interpreting commercial Air Conditioning drawings to prepare accurate cost estimations
  • Mitigating project risks and ensuring successful project delivery

As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the company's continued success.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in the Commercial HVAC Industry as a Mechanical Estimator, Estimating Assistant, or similar
  • A full driving license
  • Large individual bonus opportunities
