Senior Site Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team on a prestigious project in the Norwich area. As a key member of our high-performing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of civils projects, working closely with our clients and stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of engineers in setting out and executing civils projects, including heavy civils, highways, earth moving, temporary works, drainage, roads, and culverts.
  • Oversee the preparation and implementation of RAMS, as builts, and QA documentation.
  • Issue permits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
  • SMSTS and CSCS certifications.
  • Proven experience in civils projects, with a strong understanding of heavy civils, highways, earth moving, temporary works, drainage, roads, and culverts.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
